We spent our Easter Sunday again at a close friend's place. There were lots of food and lots of eggs of course. The kids had a lot of fun and the adults as well. We also celecrated birthdays aside from Easter Sunday. We had cake, ice cream and, which was everybody's favorite, the pinata. There were games played too like egg catching, trip to jerusalem and easter hunting. It was fun. This was our third year in celebrating Easter Sunday at the same place.

With our tough economy these days, it is so hard to get sick. It is more difficult for the people who don't have medical and dental insurance. I have been so busy these past days that I can't update my blogs right away. I just made a few posts for this month and also last month. I could not even grab opportunities as much as before because I am too lazy to check it. So I am grateful for triple P to feature my blog "Inday's Kitchen" today. I just found out recently through friends who visited my site. I did visit triple P 2 days ago and took some opportunities but only that day. I will visit more and try to make more posts. I was watching "Tayong Dalawa" or The Two of Us on TV with friends one day and I noticed one of the soldiers had a military handset. This was my first and probably my last roller skating. It was difficult for me. I think ice skating is easier compared to this because I know how to stop the skates rather than the rollers. Also, I can use a walker on ice LOL! During ice skating, I haven't tried falling, but this time, I fell many times and I even thought I broke my shoulder. I got scared when my co-worker told me that a friend of him broke her arm when she fell. So I thought, I would probably avoid Rollerama (name of the place to skate) now. I had fun though even if my behind hurt many times. My palm was purple too and my wrist got hurt. Good thing my husband was there along with his sons and daughter. I didn't feel much the pain and I enjoyed the most their company. And that I will do over and over again!

This will be good news for everyone especially the ones that don't have HDTV yet like us. I have been wishing to have it since our television is the regular one and I am aware of the digital change this coming June. At last, I made it to Jollibee after 2 years. I, along with my friends, went to Jollibee at Eagle Rock in LA, CA. I missed the Pinoy taste of spaghetti and chicken joy at Jollibee. I always went there when I was still in Philippines. I love it compared to McDonald's especially the burger. I got used with the taste maybe because it is Pinoy na Pinoy! So when we were there, I ate a lot and chanted "Isa Pa, Isa Pa (one more)..."
